Registration open for the next Valencia Innovation Days (5-6/04/2025)

"Preparación Física. Levantamientos olímpicos y derivados aplicados” (Physical training. Olympic lifting and overhead pressing derivatives) with talks by Carlos Canet, Enrique Rousselet and Javier Estellés.

A new edition of Valencia Innovation Days will take place on 5 and 6 April thanks to the Basketball Chair at L’Alqueria del Basket.

One more effort that shows the entity’s commitment to training which goes far beyond the court. The session will focus on physical training, Olympic weightlifting and overhead pressing derivatives and the lectures will be given by Carlos Canet, Enrique Rousselet and Javier Estellés. University students will receive a reduction on the registration fee.

The seminar will be divided into two days and will be held at the facilities of L'Alqueria del Basket on 5 and 6 April 2025 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and from 9:00am to 1:00pm, respectively. The conference can only be enjoyed on-site and the places will be limited to 20. The speakers will focus their presentations on the theory and practice of Olympic lifting and the performance of athletes. All the interventions will be focused on training and elite sport and continue the line of training the different agents involved in the world of sport.
