Calender for implementation and phasing out
The updated curriculum for the undergraduate degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science will take effect in the 2009-2010 academic year. According to Article 11.3 of the Royal Decree 1497/1987, of 27 November, the curriculum leading to an official 5-year degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science at the University of Valencia will be phased out, as published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 22 December 1999. The introduction of the undergraduate degree programme will be progressive and the 5-year degree will gradually be phased out. Once each year has been phased out, four to six exam attempts will be maintained the following two academic years. If the exam attempts are used up, students are required to continue studies adapting to the updated degree programme.
