The proposed training activity is part of a project, carried out in collaboration with the Refugee Monitoring Centre, aimed at raising awareness and strengthening the commitment of the university community to defend the human rights of refugees. The course is structured in such a way that participants acquire both general knowledge about international protection and the 2030 Agenda and more specific knowledge about the particular circumstances of persecution leading to flight from the country of origin and the situation in the host country in terms of protection and integration. All this from a human rights-based approach and from a gender perspective. Thus, the participants of the course will be able to broaden their educational background, develop their critical thinking and communication skills in an environment of reflection and debate.
