The Science without Borders Programme (PCSF) is an international academic mobility program of the Brazilian government. Its main objective is to increase the presence of Brazilian students, teachers and researchers at excellent institutions outside Brazil as well as increasing the presence of foreign students and academic institutions in Brazil.
The program is managed through the National Council for Scientific Research, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation in Brazil (hereinafter CNPq) who has selected centers of excellence in several countries.
The University of Valencia participate as a students receiving center, through the Secretary of State for Education, Training and Universities, Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain under the agreement with the CNPq.
