Academic, scientific or professional interest: Information and communication technologies (ICT) make up the most dynamic sector of the European Union. The initiatives in the field of the ICT introduce fundamental changes in other business and services areas, prompting the so-called information society. In this sense, as several international reports detect, it is necessary to train professionals that master the language of the digital era, people qualified to apply and develop new technologies, but that also, at the same time, are able to understand the needs of others and offer them guidance: technicians, project directors, consultants, jurists, economists, educators, etc.
