General Information
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December regarding the Protection of Personal Data, students need a valid National Identity Card in order to carry out any query and/or administrative procedure.
Validations of subjects and free-elective credits
These validations must be conducted during the enrolment period. Do not enrol for subjects in which validation is being requested.
Required documentation to apply for validation:
- Academic transcript
- Curricula of the original degree
- Syllabus of the subject(s) from the year it (they) were successfully completed.
- Properly completed request form

Requesting academic certificates and certification of documents
Requesting academic certification at the Faculty administration office:
- Properly completed request form
- Proof of payment of issuance fees
- Once the request has been made, you may pick it up within 7 working days from the date of the request.
- If you are unable to pick it up personally, a third party (who must show their ID and a photocopy of the student’s ID) may be authorised to collect it through a written statement.

Certification of documents issued by the Faculty:
- Original and photocopy of the document
- Proof of payment of issuance fees

Request and issuance of degree certificates
To request your university degree certificate
- Request form properly completed
- Original and photocopy of ID or valid passport
- Proof of payment for fees for registration of the degree. If you are unable to request it personally, a third party (who must show their ID and a photocopy of the student’s ID) may be authorised through a written statement

Issuance of university degree certificate:
Once you have been notified to pick up the degree certificate:
- Valid ID
- Registration of university degree
- If you are unable to pick it up personally, an authorised person may collect it through a notarised written statement. This person must prove their identity with an original statement or, if applicable, a copy of the notarised written authorisation for comparison in the event of general authorisation.
