Academic, scientific or professional interest: The following Master’s degree naturally holds two clearly defined objectives which, though different, always related. Firstly, it aims at enabling the acquisition of enough methodologic training to rigorously and efficiently carry out legal researches and, in some cases, taking the path of writing a Doctoral Thesis. Secondly, and within the line of the needs expressed by international bodies, it aims at contributing to the training of specialised professionals and researchers, both Spanish and foreigners, not only of those with some years of professional practice but also recent graduates who wish to have a specific vision of the current problems constitutionalism faces. All this is done thanks to the consecution: 1) Give a good training to specialists in legal law thanks to the acquisition of both theoretical knowledge which grant a general view and the development of technical abilities which allow them to resolve specific problems which go over the theoretical focuses acquired. 2) Train students to carry out scientific researchers in aspects related to Constitutional Law as a way of protecting fundamental laws and liberties and of deepening in the democratic system.
