Through its Unity for Entrepreneurship (UVentrepreneurships) of the Office of the Vice-Principal for Employment and Training Services, the Universitat de València opens the call for UVentrepreneurships Gennera. This is a new intrapreneurship training programme in which participants can learn to solve real business challenges.

This programme is carried out in collaboration with some of the most important companies of the business world of the Valencian Community, such as Importaco and Power Electronics. In addition, this programme is funded by Santander Universities within the framework of UVentrepreneurships Campus - Santander Universities and the 5UCV Campus of Innovative Entrepreneurship of the Generalitat Valenciana.

UVentrepreneurships Gennera is aimed at training students to become entrepreneurs within an organisation. Its purpose is providing a real-world experience that can, at the same time, create a space for innovation between companies and students, and allow the latter to show their talent as entrepreneurs in the corporate environment.

The call is aimed at Universitat de València’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctoral Programmes students who are enrolled in this 2020-21 academic year. Those selected will be trained in innovative methodologies for a period of one month by recognised professionals and academics. The selected students will be able to apply what they have learned to real cases thereafter, solving strategic innovation challenges posed by the collaborating companies.

Those who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate accrediting the training received and will be eligible for a first prize consisting of a grant to study the 2021 edition of the Certificate of Innovative Entrepreneurship Techniques of the UVentrepreneurships-Santander Universities Entrepreneurship Campus.
