Sofía obtained her B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Paris, France.
She was then awarded a scholarship by the European Commission to take part
in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree Program and obtained a joint
M.Sc degree in Chemical Nano-Engineering from the University of
Aix-Marseille (France), from the Wroclaw University of Science and
Technology (Poland), and from the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy).
She is now working as a pre-doctoral researcher in the MOED group and focuses on the
fabrication of Perovskite/Silicon tandem solar cells.
