Resumen CV. The core strength of my academic profile lies in my interdisciplinary research, which spans education, didactics, and the philosophy of education. This work has been disseminated through high-impact academic journals, book chapters, and books. Since 2011, I have authored 34 publications indexed in the Web of Science, which have garnered 104 citations, and 29 publications indexed in SCOPUS, accumulating 140 citations, including 33 in 2024. One of the highlights of my academic career is the co-edited volume Professional Development through Teacher Research (2022, Multilingual Matters), created in collaboration with D.L. Banegas and Emily Edwards. Additionally, I have authored chapters for prestigious publishers such as Oxford University Press, Routledge, and Bloomsbury. Key examples include the chapter 'Creativity and Action Research' (2024) in The Routledge Handbook of Language Teacher Action Research (eds. A. Burns & K. Dikilitaş), 'Philosophical Tenets of Action Research in Education' (2020) in the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Education (ed. G. Noblit), 'Action Research' (2019) in The Routledge Handbook of English Language Teacher Education (eds. S. Mann & S. Walsh), and 'Emancipating EFL Student-Teachers through Audiovisual Identity Texts' (2017) in Initial English Language Teacher Education: International Perspectives on Research, Curriculum and Practice (ed. D.L. Banegas). In addition to these contributions, I have published 10 empirical articles in renowned journals, including TESOL Quarterly (Q1 in Linguistics and Education), Foreign Language Annals (Q1), Pedagogy, Culture & Society (Q1), Journal of Language, Identity and Education (Q1), and Critical Studies in Education (Q1). My research explores topics such as multilingual and multicultural education, teacher education, and also grade repetition in Spain. Much of this work is rooted in my teaching at the Faculty of Teacher Education at the University of Valencia and collaborations with public schools in underserved neighborhoods around Valencia. Beyond publishing, I have undertaken research stays at institutions such as the University of Antioquia (Colombia), New York University, Mainz University (Germany), and the University of Glasgow. I have also participated in Erasmus+ research visits to Oslo Metropolitan University, Vestfold University College (Norway), and the Instituto Politécnico do Porto (Portugal). Furthermore, I actively review for over 25 scientific journals indexed in SCOPUS and JCR, including TESOL Quarterly, Applied Linguistics, and Ocnos: Revista de Estudios sobre Lectura. Since 2011, I have presented my work at more than 40 international conferences, including the Second Language Teacher Educator Conference (Vienna 2022, Brno 2024), the Nordic Research Association Conference (Oslo 2023), the Bremen Symposium on Foreign Language Teaching in Higher Education, and multiple editions of the Sociedad de Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura (SEDLL) conferences. My research has been supported by six competitive projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Science (HAR2017-85230-R), the Generalitat Valenciana (GV/2015/050 and CIAICO/2023/104), and the University of Valencia. In 2023, I served as Principal Investigator (PI) of the project 'Democratic Reconstructions of Educational Institutions through Artistic Projects' (UV-INV_AE-2634558), funded with ¿9.123,00. Finally, I am deeply committed to teacher development. For CEFIRE in the Valencian Community, I taught two editions of the 30-hour online course 'Enseñanza multilingüe para alumnado recién llegado' (2022 and 2023) and served as a keynote speaker at the IV Congreso de Educación Inclusiva.
