Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has been appointed Editor of the Special Issue "Sensors to Improve Road Safety and Sustainable Mobility", of the journal Sensors (IF 3,576 Q2), Section: Vehicular Sensing.

The present Special Issue deals with the development and application of sensors aimed at increasing road safety and improving mobility to make it more efficient, sustainable and ultimately resilient. All this regardless of whether they are focused on roads and highways, on-board vehicles, UAVs, or other types of devices that can be carried by road actors.
