Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has participated in the Congress on "Mobility, Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety: Challenges and Challenges in the Dominican Legal System" which was held on October 24 and 25, 2019 in Santo Domingo.

The objective of the congress has been to analyze the commitments assumed by the Dominican legal system with the entry into force of Law 63-17 of mobility, land transport, transit and road safety of the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Alonso has given the lectures "The personal injury compensation model for traffic accidents: comparative experience" and "Challenges in the development and application of Law 63-17"
