Professor Francisco Alonso teaches, from 15 to 26 February 2021, the course of the SFPIE (Service for Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation) of the University of Valencia, entitled "Communication skills: new times, new models" with a total of 20 hours of duration aimed at officials of Administration and Services Staff, and Teaching and Research Staff of the University of Valencia.

Communication skills are of great importance, both in the personal and professional spheres, as they are developed in multiple situations throughout the life cycle. In the university environment it is especially relevant to master, or at least to know, those techniques that can allow communication, of any type, content, channel or addressees, to fulfil its purpose.

New times bring new models, rules and channels that, in many cases, are here to stay.
