Next Friday, April 24, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm (Spanish time), the Legal Colloquium "States of emergency and alarm in Ecuador and Spain. Measures taken, suspension of rights and control of constitutionality" will be held.

For Spain, Raquel Valle Escolano, Doctor of Law and professor at the Carlos III University, who is doing a postdoctoral stay at INTRAS, will intervene.

For Ecuador, Ali Lozada, also Doctor and Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, will do it.

The colloquium will be moderated by lawyers José Solines and Álvaro Contreras, from Solines & Contreras Abogados.
