Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, attended the presentation of the book “El valor de la autenticidad”, by Adolfo Ramírez, organized by the Chair of Business Culture of the University of Valencia, on September 26, 2024.

This meeting in round table format is part of the initiative “Book Club: books for business success” whose objectives are:

  • To make contact with authors and writers of business books.
  • To promote and acquire new knowledge, skills and perspectives through the reading of relevant business books.
  • To inspire and motivate through business books with their stories of success and failure.

“El valor de la autenticidad” captures the importance of authenticity in the business world at a time when consistency between what a company claims to be and what it really is seems to be more of a clash than ever. This book collects and explains the value dynamics that help organizations, regardless of their size or sector, to become authentic organizations, as this is the only way to grow in a sustainable and profitable way.
