Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has received Lic. Rafaelina Espiritu Fulgencio, International Cooperation Analyst of the Dominican Republic, during her visit to our facilities on January 13, 2022

Ms. Rafaelina Espiritu is an International Cooperation Analyst in the Department of Planning and Development belonging to the Civil Defense of the Dominican Republic, an institution whose main objective is to ensure that the country's operations are adequate for the damages caused by disasters caused by flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, fire, shortage or poor distribution of supply of materials, or other similar reasons, and in general to provide order, health and economic welfare, public safety, preservation of life and property.

The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the support that INTRAS could provide to the aforementioned institution, from the perspective of risk management, decision making and strategy, in line with the new plan that the current directors of the institution are promoting.
