Course of the 34th Edition of the Universitat d’Estiu de Gandia.

In the debate about two big traumas of the 20th century ─the Great War and the Holocaust─, we aim to reflection to which point literature and images can be a better mean to express and represent some of the aspects that must not be forgotten nor trivialised. The effect of this synthesis is to collaborate in the development of our sensitivity when it comes to those traumas and their consequences, breeding some kind of imperative critical imagination that teaches us how to resist any inhumanity sign.
