Each prize will consist of an accrediting diploma, a commemorative plaque and an economic prize of €600.

Who can apply?

Sports students from the Universitat de València may apply if, in the academic year 2018-19, they are enrolled in at least 36 credits in official studies leading to degree's, first or second cycle, master's degree or doctorate degrees. Each applicant must have maintained throughout the academic year 2018/2019 the status of student and have passed a minimum of 20% of the credits enrolled in this academic year. Each athlete must have maintained at least one national or international sporting result throughout the 2018/2019 season.

Deadline for submission of applications

The deadline for the submission of applications will probably be at the end of October or beginning of November according to the conditions established in the official call.

Fundación Trinidad Alfonso Award to sportswomen and men who graduated from Valencian universities

In addition, the Fundación Trinidad Alfonso, along with the universities of the Comunitat Valenciana, is awarding two prizes to students from the Comunitat Valenciana who complete their studies in the 2018-2019 academic year.

Each prize –both in the female and male category– will consist of an accrediting diploma, a commemorative plaque and an economic prize of €1,200.
