Els Tarongers campus starts the Benvinguda a la Universitat 2022

Els Tarongers campus has held the first of the Benvinguda conferences. Four conferences will be celebrated, one for each campus of the Universitat de València. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, university services and associations and student groups have informed about the initiatives offered for the school year 2022-2023. Some of these are: proposals for participation in European projects through Forthem and Erasmus+, language classes, sport activities, cultural proposals, voluntary work, mentoring, travel grants, help, further training, or support for people with disabilities, harassment or discrimination situations.

Information points have been settled in during the morning in the garden space between the Facultat de Dret and the Ramon Llull street. Not only have the students of the faculties of Economia, Dret, Magisteri and Ciències Socials being informed, but they have also enjoyed a different morning, with the performance of the valencian Isma Romero and spaces prepared for break and having a drink.

The Benvinguda carries on in Burjassot on Thursday 20 October, where the students of this campus will be able to enjoy a similar day. This occasion will allow the students to inform themselves and ask everything they need to know about the services and participations offered in the Universitat de València, which will improve their university experience.

The Benvinguda to the Universitat, organised by the Delegate for Students through the SeDi Information and Promotion Service, is a meeting point for the university community and an opportunity for knowing other students and joining university life. It has the following participation: UV Languages Centre, Diversitats, UV Natural History Museum, UV sports, SeDi Information and Promotion Service, UV Libraries Resources, UV Languages Service, International Relations and Cooperation Service (Erasmus+ and Forthem), University Ombuds Office, Equality Unit, UVdisability, UVemprén, UVjob, UVsustainability, Office of the Vice-Principal for Culture and Society, The Student Council (AGE), AIESEC València, Association of Astronomy of the Universitat de València, Valencian Association of Medicine Students (AVEM/ IMFSA), Fraternity Student Union (BEA), Biomedical Research Conference (CIB), Col·lectiu d’Estudiants per la Facultat d’Economia Ètnica, SAÓ (Reading outloud in Valencian help system) and Unió d’Estudiants Valencians.
