Stimulating the creativity of the student body and improving their employability with the help of the teaching staff. These are the main objectives of the training programme Ideas Motivem, in which there were 122 teams registered in the previous edition 2016. This figure has been increased in an 86% in comparison with the enrolments from the last year. In this course, the number of teams has increased in 227, composed of 969 students and teachers of the Universitat de València.

After the enrolment, members of the teams have to develop and present their ideas until 6 April.

The first training sessions were carried put on 1 and 2 March and were taken place at the three university campus, specifically in the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication. Oiko Esports, an enterprise created by some graduates in Physical Activity and Sports Science that participated in this programme in its edition 2015, took part in these sessions. Salvador Pons and Javier Plaza, full university professor also participated.  Their interventions had the aim of strengthening the creativity and teamwork, communication and legal protection of the ideas.

MOTIVEM is an initiative of the Universitat de València and its University-Business Foundation ADEIT, managed by the vice-principal for academic regulations, teaching staff and sustainability, María Vicenta Mestre.  The participation in this training itinerary is free because it has the financial support by the Valencian Government, within its programme Innovative Entrepreneur Campus, and by the Obra Social La Caixa.
