Thus, the Observatory, the most important in Spain, has been set up on the website http://www.derechocovid.com/, which integrates hundreds of contents and is open to the specialized and academic university community.

This Observatory includes the widest concentration of regulations, academic articles, expert resources, jurisprudence or seminars, among others. The Observatory focuses on Spain, as well as on Public and Constitutional Law, but it also includes international references such as the observatories that are being set up in other countries. At a national level, it collects the most relevant national regulations and jurisprudence or actions from the different State institutions. Similarly, it brings together dozens of publications prior to the Coronavirus concerning the right of exception and constitutional guarantees.

The Observatory receives and gives access to academic papers, as well as specialized blogs and post Covid expert material.

The Observatory has a specific thematic section about Privacy and Data and another about the right to Education and Covid.

It is an initiative of the Constitutional Law Department that already receives collabotation of the communities of specialists in Public and Constitutional Law in Spain and it is open to integration and support from entities and research projects.
