Fernando Gil takes office with “enthusiasm” because of his strong connection to the Universitat de València, where he studied and, after that, he gave lessons in the field of Business Management. “We want to settle what has been well done and, at the same time, to give a new impulse”, said the new Vice-president of ADEIT. He emphasized on people and talent as principal instruments to reach the goal. “We have to bring talent to its maximum level”, Fernando Gil stated.

More than 25 years of professional experience
He has more than 25 years of professional experience as consultant and senior executive in national and international companies. He has been, among other positions, Director of the Human Resources Department of COMPAC, Commercial Director for Spain and member of the Council of the Country of Vedior Laborman, multinational of Human Resources services, Marketing and Sales Director in Porcelanatto. Furthermore, he is member of Ágil Consultores, a consulting company specialised in strategy, talent management and organisational development.

Graduated in Work Sciences and Social Work at the Universitat de València and Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA) at Universitat Politècnica de València, he is also executive coach certified by the International Coach Federation.

Apart from giving lessons at the Universitat de València, he has been trainer in business schools and in-company projects.

The University-Business Foundation ADEIT is an institution of the Universitat de València created more than 30 years ago to be a meeting point for the Universitat de València and its social-economic environment.
