All of them have coincide with the point of highlighting the value of the coordination between the public and private sector, that enables the unification of research and teaching excellence from the universities with the industrial leadership of PowerCo.

The Master's Degree of Battery Cells is composed of modules and micro-credentials that cover topics from electrochemical fundamentals to production process on an industrial scale. The UV and the UPV will assume the academic subjects about chemistry, engineering, robotic automation, maintenance, logistics, quality management, digital tools and soft skills, while PowerCo will be responsible for specific modules on manufacturing technologies and cell production.

Battery Campus: a learning ecosystem associated with the gigafactory

The creation of this master's degree is included within the educational project which PowerCo is developing with academic institutions and public administrations to boost talent linked with the battery industry of the Comunitat Valenciana, the Battery Campus.

The Battery Campus will be the next integrated centre of specialised learning whose opening act is planned for the 2027/2028 academic year and that aims to become a European example for the training of professionals in the sector. The campus will feature programmes of dual vocational training, professionalism certificates and specialised learning linked to the production of battery cells and the master's degree itself, among other programmes.

With the new training edition, PowerCO stands by its commitment to the economic and industrial development of the Comunitat Valenciana through creation of quality employment, transfer of knowledge and boost of talent which will make possible the generation of electric mobility.
