Estudiants de la Winter 2017

From Monday 18th of February to the 1st of March, 54 students from 21 different countries will participate in the in-person phase of the Winter School ‘Bernhard Wilpert’, organised by the Erasmus Mundus Master’s in WOP-P. It will take place in the Centre of Gandia of the Universitat de València.

In particular, they are students who come from the USA, Ghana, Czech Republic, Brazil, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Ethiopia, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain.  12 lecturers from different universities of the world will go with the group of students.

The main goal of this Winter School is to develop the professional skills (it means the acquisition of knowledge, abilities and attitudes) to perform in the organisation development and human resources field, in an international context and with an approach which combines a local and a global perspective.   The training in the ´Joint Intensive Learning Unit´ of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s in WOP-P has three phases: the first one consists in virtual work teams composed by members of different universities and countries; the second one has in-person residential nature and it will take place in the Centre of Gandia; and the third one consists in a final integrating work, carried out remotely  with the support on the AV of the Universitat de València.

This master’s degree is given by the consortium of five European universities (Barcelona, Bologna, Coimbra, Paris-Descartes and València) and with the collaboration of two non European associated universities  (University of Brasília in Brazil and the University of Guelph in Canada).
