Challenges for healthcare

Human-origin drugs, Big Data, Cybersecurity and CE Marking of health products will be the issues to be approached on 3 February in a practical session organised by the enterprise Mobiliza Consulting at the Parc Científic. The Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC) will participate with a lecture on the use of Big Data to improve breast cancer treatment.

Mobilitza Consulting organises on next 3 February the session ‘Health care challenges for the next decade. Human-origin drugs, Big Data, Cybersecurity0 and CE Marking of health products’, an eminently practical event open to different collectives, which will take place on Friday 3 February in the Boardroom of the Parc Científic of the Universitat de València.

Four speakers will participate in this programme. Jorge Edo Juan (Mobiliza Consulting), Telecommunications engineer, CISA, consultant in ISO 27001 and Information Security, who will talk about cybersecurity and cyber-attacks in the health sector; the neurosurgeon Andrés Beltrán, who will offer a lecture on Advanced Therapies with human-origin medicines applied to the treatment of Brain Stroke, a subject in which he currently works at the Casa La Salud Hospital; Miguel Ángel Vila Espeso, lawyer and Director of IVAC (Certification Institute), who will talk about CE marking of sanitary products, and Francisco Albiol Colomer, researcher at the Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC-Universitat de València / CSIC and ISACA Valencia’s GRA), who will address the issue of using Big Data to improve breast cancer treatments, one of the most common specific cancers.

The session, which will take place from 9:30 to 13:30, is free for the following groups: ITI associates, ISACA Valencia, BIOVAL and VITSALUD, collegiate members of COITCV, COGITCV and COIICV, Parc Científic Universitat de València companies, CEEI companies, students and teaching staff of the Universitat de València and the Universitat Politècnica de València, health staff.
