“Memory, culture and post-conflict intervention” is the title of this 20th Congress on International Humanitarian Law which has been organised by the Human Rights Institute (IDH-UV) and which will be held in November 19 and 20 in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law.

This congress, which is celebrated yearly, tackles the current issues related to humanitarian intervention in the context of international aid. It pays special attention to memory and women rights in these contexts”. She adds, “in this special edition, in which we also celebrate the 20th anniversary of this congress, we will also have a specific panel dedicated to Transitional Justice”.
