The Universitat de València, from the Office of the Vice-Principal for Employment and Training Services, is launching for the fifth consecutive year the call for the University Junior International Entrepreneurs Programme (UJIE).  The aim is to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial talent by carrying out two-month external academic internships in host organisations located outside Spanish territory.

To achieve the objective of the call, this year, the UJIE programme offers a total of three mobility grants of €2,000 each. The internships abroad will be related to the business idea presented by the beneficiary. This programme can be made compatible with Erasmus Internships.  The grants will be paid in advance to the beneficiaries and the months of stay can be enjoyed until 31 December 2019.

The call is aimed at students enrolled in an official degree, master's or doctorate at the Universitat de València with the aim of enabling their training in international entrepreneurship.  The aim is for participants to be reinforced in entrepreneurial and transversal skills and to be trained in the preparation of business and internationalisation plans. These stays abroad also aim to foster the creation of international professional relationships and increase motivation for the adventure of entrepreneurship.

This programme is part of the agreement signed by the Universitat de València with the Regional Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Employment, which finances the aid for carrying out the activities of the "Campus del Emprendedor Innovador" Programme.

The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until 7 June and can be done through the Virtual Office of the Universitat de València.

The terms and conditions of the programme can be consulted on the Bulletin Board.  More information in this link.
