The Ontinyent Campus celebrates the end of the course with the '24 horas de pilota' competition
The trinquet of Ontinyent hosts the summer game of the Universitat de València on July 15th and 16th. Throughout both days several raspall and galotxa games have been programmed and, as a culmination, at 23 h. on Friday, there will be a game between the top players of escala i corda.

The Universitat de València, through the Sports Service, in collaboration with the Pilota Valenciana Foundation and the City Hall of Ontinyent, promote the local sport taking part in two days dedicated to the Valencian pilota.
On Friday 15th, at 23 h., the municipal trinquet of Ontinyent will see the confrontation between two top level pairs, Genovés II and Nacho will face Giner and Javi in the modality of escala i corda. Before that game, two raspall duels will take place: at 21 h., in the men's category,
Dani and Simón will face Vicent and Abel. At 22 h., the pilota session will continue in the women's category with the game between Laia and Merche vs. Carmen and Cristina.
From 9 h. on Sunday, July 16th, the pilota party will continue in the local trinquete with a raspall game of boys and girls of the Club de Pilota de Ontinyent. At 17 h., a game of galotxa by the veterans of the Club onteniense will conclude the day of pilota.
The capital of the Vall d'Albaida hosts this pilota festival with the aim that the students of the Ontinyent Campus and the staff working at the Universitat de València have the opportunity to enjoy the local sport first hand with elite figures. Entry is free for UV students and staff.
