To recognise the best collaborative internships between the university and the business world. This is the main purpose with which the Board of Trustees of the Universitat de València calls, once again for another year, a new edition of the University-Society Awards. In the twenty-fourth edition, to be held next year 2020, the following recognition will be granted:

-Board of Trustees of the Universitat de València for social impact award, within three categories: research and social impact -aimed at recognising action and R&D projects of groups or teams of the Universitat-; projects and activities developed by the students or developed by the PAS of the University. The first and third modality will have honorary character while the second the first one will consist of a grant to pay the public price of the University postgraduate qualifications.

-Business Patronage, aimed at recognising companies with collaboration links with the Universitat de València that are referent in their sectors. This recognition will also have an honorary character.

-Humanitarian or Solidarity action by social organisations, aimed at social organisations, foundations and non-profit organisations in which staff from the community of the Universitat de València participate.

-Alumni Plus, in recognition of the professional, academic or business excellence of former students of the Universitat de València, with a proven track record that demonstrates an exemplary contribution especially relevant to the progress of society.

-Excellence in Education, in recognition of the professionalism of Professors linked to the educational entity.
