The call targets visual artists of any nationality or residence, with no age limits, who can participate individually or in teams with a Burjassot site specific work. It shall establish a dialogue between art and science which acts as an exercise and challenge of the contemporary culture.

The exhibition jury will select a maximum of six projects which will receive a 2000-euro funding to carry out the work. They will for a part of a bigger exposition taking place next October in Burjassot Campus. In addition, the university will compile a catalogue featuring the photos of the displayed works.

The 23rd edition of the exhibition is curated by Alba Braza, an expert in cultural projects and artistic mediation, who will be be included in the jury evaluating the projects. Other members of the jury involve Irene Ballester, an art critic and a member of the Valencian Council of Culture; Sergio Rubira, a deputy director of the collections and exhibitions of the Valencia Institute of Modern Art (IVAM), and Norberto Piqueras, a person in charge of exhibitions at the Office of the Vice-Principal for Culture and Sport of the Universitat de València.
