The 3rd edition of the module Jean Monnet European Banking Law opens its activities this Monday 24 February. The academic opening will be held at the Seminar Room in the La Nau Cultural Centre, at 6 p.m. Current economic and legal banking issues will be addressed by Jaime Casas Poy (Banka Regional Director in Valencia and Castellón), Antonio Zafra Jiménez (Bankia Corporate Director of Legal Services), the director of the course, Juan Antonio Ureña Salcedo (Professor of Administrative Law at the Universitat de València).
On the website www.europeanbankinglaw.com information about the activities will be regularly reported. Also, a web observatory (https://europeanbankinglaw.com/observatorio-de-derecho-bancario/) publishes the most relevant regulatory and jurisprudential changes in this sectoral structuring, as well as summaries of the activities developed within the framework of the project, or other related news and information considered of special interest.
