Writers with a recognised professional career give the six workshops of Open Club for Creative Writing in the modalities of poetry, short narrative, theatre and short film script. Workshops have credit recognition of one (1) ECTS credit.

Do you love to write? With an eminently practical methodology, these workshops are aimed at training and acquiring skills to face literary creation in the genres of narrative, theatre, poetry and short film script. Six courses are offered, each lasting 20 hours, which will be divided into seven weekly sessions between the months of October, November and December 2019. Students of the Universitat de València can enrol in this activity, as well as anyone else who is interested. There are 20 places per workshop to be filled in order of registration, from 4th September to 13th October 2019. Students of the Universitat will have preference in the registration if it is done between 4th and 30th September. From 1st October it will be open to the general public and the order of registration will be followed.

The teaching team is made up of Josep Lluís Roig and Luci Romero for the poetry workshops in Valencian and Spanish respectively; Gemma Miralles for the theatre writing workshop; Rafael Ferrero for the short film script workshop; and Carles Cano and Fani Grande for the short narrative workshops in Valencian and Spanish respectively.
