La Universitat, according to the sailing team selector, Juan Calvo, will attend CADU with two crews. The first one won the intern competitions and will be commanded by Ramón Portolés, the ship’s master, and will be composed by Javier Martínez, Miguel Cebolla, Javier Dusmet and Pau Chirivella.

The second ship will be leaded by Francisco Alcázar (master) and will be completed by Juan Álex Parlatay, Rosa Contell, Agustín Llopis and Helena Escrivá.

“After three days in this intern league and a ship that is clearly winning, I have decided to bring two crews to CADU along with a second ship composed by the best ones that competed. Our level is really good and the truth is that we expect to get to the podium with both ships, even winning with one of them”, the selector stated.

If Calvo’s expectations come true, it will be the second consecutive year that the sailing team of the Universitat de València gets to Top 3.
