This call for the promotion of innovating ecosystems is coordinated, in the scope of VLC/CAMPUS, by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Internationalization and Cooperation of the Universitat de València and the Institutional Delegate of the CSIC in the Valencian Community. 

The participants of the programme will enjoy a space at the Science Park of Universitat de València, which can consists in lodgings, offices and laboratories, in addition to a cycle of teaching workshops specially for entrepreneurs of business initiatives with scientific and technological basis organised by the Spanish Association of Entrepreneurs in Science. The Science Park Foundation of Universitat de València will also make easier the access to the financing programmes and support to the entrepreneur of different entities and bodies for the participants of the programme.

The creation of the Spin-Offs and Start-Ups with technological basis based on the knowledge is a key factor for the present and future development of the economy, but for its creation, it is necessary a net that gives support and guarantees the viability of its entrepreneurships. So the International Campus of Excellence VLC/CAMPUS wants to carry out an opened methodology of innovation in which the assistants and public and private agents of their geographic area collaborate and compete creating a favourable environment to the exchange of information, knowledge, values, human and financial resources, goods and services, encouraging and giving facilities for the knowledge transfer, the promotion of activities that encourage the innovation, or the creation of business of technological basis. 

The submission period will start the following day of the publication of this call on the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana and it will end on 18th November 2016 at 12:00 am.
This action has relied on the financing of Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport by the subprogramme of strengthening of the International Campus of Excellence programme.
