The Universitat de València has won the national phase of the Konica Minolta International University Contest with the project ‘Smart Correction System’. The aim of this international contest is to encourage higher education institutions to take advantage of the talent of their students to cooperate and contribute to the creation of a digital campus and increase the quality of its services.

The jury awarded the prize to the team of the Universitat de València ‘Smart Correction System’. The project is aimed to improve the process of the correction of university exams. It consists in including a QR code in the questions of the exam that leads, once done and scanned, to its correction in different offices of the university. This technique avoids the loss of original documents and provides the possibility to prepare automatically the records. Likewise, the system makes possible the creation of comparative graphics for each question.
