In addition, in Tourism, the University of Valencia is also ranked among the 4 best in Spain and the top 75 in the world. The ARWU classification has used five objective indicators regarding the research articles published by the institution to develop this universities world ranking by subject matter: the total number, the quotation rate, the number of those who have had an international collaboration, the ones published in magazines of excellence and the more outstanding awards received.

The Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia teaches, among others, the Degree in International Business, also the one in Tourism, and the one in Administration and Direction of Companies (ADE). Regarding double degrees, the University of Valencia offers the Double Degree in Tourism and Business Administration and Management (TADE), and the international double degree programs Degree in Business Administration and Management (GADE), Economy (GECO) and the Degree in International Business (GIB). In addition, the Economy degree programs also includes 16 official Master’s Degrees.

The Faculty of Economics, located on the Campus of Tarongers, is the largest university centre of the Valencian Community with more than 500 people working there and about 8,000 students who study Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees. The Faculty of Economics has become a leading European centre in the reception of Erasmus students with more than 1,200 international students and has signed agreements with more than 700 companies.
