The course is given by UFAM specialists from the Provincial Judicial Police Brigade of the Higher Police Headquarters of the Valencian Community, which has established the subjects and content of the course in relation to the sector to which it is addressed.

With a total university population of approximately 100,000 people between the UV and the UPV, the daily management of the risks derived from the activities developed becomes a challenge for the responsible Security Departments, including in the catalogue of these risks those derived from male violence, requiring for their treatment a highly specialized approach that requires specific training of the assigned private security personnel and coordination and collaboration protocols that involve all actors with responsibilities in the matter.  In order to guarantee that the safety of these victims is carried out with the greatest professionalism and understanding towards them within the university facilities, the Vice-rectorate for Equality, Diversity and Sustainability is working at all levels, materialising both in the training of personnel and in collaboration with the offices helping victims of crime.
