In this year's edition of the visits of the programme Conèixer la Universitat have registered 20,710 students from 308 secondary schools and training cycles throughout the Valencian territory to establish a first contact with the Universitat de València, accompanied by their teachers and guidance professionals. They are firstly received by more than 300 guides of the programme Conèixer, the most of which are students trained to be mentors in the programme Entreiguals having therefore tools and resources to give useful information and solve any doubts that the pre-university students could have. They are also responsible for the guidance of the route through the principal facilities of each centre (laboratories, classrooms, common areas, etc.), which complements the informative talks given by professors of the centre about the degrees offered in the next academic year. In addition, each student takes with them a guide to university access and information of the degrees of the visited centre, published by the Sedi.

The visits of the XXIV edition of the program Conèixer la Universitat, organised by the Information and Promotion Service for Students (Sedi), are carried out simultaneously in the eighteen centres of the Universitat. In each one, there is a responsible team formed by members of the teaching and research staff, administration and services personnel and students who make possible the reception of the visitors. Other services, such as libraries, self-learning centres, sports campuses, etc. also collaborate in this initiative to show a complete idea of what the Universitat de València offers its students.
