A gastronomic, historical and cultural pathway through the 32 States Members of the Silk Road programme of the UNWTO (World Tourism Organisation).

This activity stands out for the preparation of 1 typical dish from each member state with special relevance on the native ingredients of each Member State, with special emphasis on the historical and cultural aspects of each ingredient and the importance in each prepared dish.

The main objective this activity pursues is acknowledging for the general public historical and cultural aspects through the gastronomy of each Member State that constitute the Silk Road programme by the World Tourism Organisation (WHO).

It is addressed to the general public, to academic experts and local specialists and to university students in Gastronomy and Tourism.
