The Youth Chair collaborates organising this seminar to promote the use of the audiovisual to deconstruct the sexist imaginary.
The free conference ''Young people on the scene: the audiovisual as a tool to revert gender inequalities in the classroom'' will take place the 13 June and it is organised in the framework of the R&D&I project educoGEN - Participative audiovisual methodology in secondary school to revert gender inequalities. This group proposes the use of the audiovisual to work on the deconstruction of imaginaries and sexist practices of adolescents in secondary school.
The conference consists of a first part of conferences and presentations (the participation can be on-site or online), and a second part in which a practical workshop will take place exclusively on-site. It is possible to sign up for the whole set of conferences or just to a part (conferences or workshop). The on-site part will take place at the Universitat Politècnica de València.
