Tots podem fer mosaics
Una manera senzilla d'aconseguir mosaics periòodics consisteix en deformar els polígons d' un mosaic regular format por triàgles equiláters, quadrats o hexàgons regulares com a l'exemple següent. El fonament de la tècnica es simple: eliminar un part d' un costat del polígon i afegir-la en altre costat. Repetirem aquest procés fins obtindre la figura qué dissitgem, la qual encaixarà amb la resta pel procés de construcció.

Mosaicos.
- Si colocamos polígonos iguales o distintos, uno
al lado de otro, cubriendo el plano, de manera que no queden huecos, habremos
construido un mosaico.

variados, pero todos ellos tienen un motivo
mínimo que
se repite.
