As it is indicated below, our group has trained several doctors which are currently working in the industry, research centres, administration and in universities. The group has also trained and received students (from different levels) coming from a number of countries from Latin America, USA, North Africa, Middle East and Europe.

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2013 with the highest score.

 

Gloria Navarro Cerrillo

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2012 with the highest score.

 

Ezequiel Prieto Lillo

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2012 with the highest score.

 

Patricia Hernández Rodríguez

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2009 with the highest score. She continued in the group with research contracts as a research scientist.

 

Ana Rodrigo Simón

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2008 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. In March 2007 she was hired in the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany.

 

Anna Estela Bolta

Obtained her doctoral degree in 2007 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. The same year she was hired as a researcher in the Instituto de Biomedicina of Valencia.

 

Carmen Sara Hernández Rodríguez

Obtained his doctoral degree in 2005 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. After working in the group as a postdoctoral researcher with a research contract funded by Bayer BioScience, in August 2011 she started a postdoctoral stay in the United Kingdom with a “Marie Curie” grant from the European Union.

 

Joel González Cabrera

Obtained his doctoral degree in 2004 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. After working in the group as a postdoctoral researcher with a research contract funded by the European Union, in January 2006 he obtained a research contract in the IVIA (Valencian Institute for Agricultural Research) under the “Juan de la Cierva” programme.

 

Mª de Sales Ibiza Palacios

She is currently writing her doctoral thesis. In October 2005 she was hired by AIDIMA, a company of wood distribution, to be in charge of pests of stored wood.

 

Salvador Herrero Sendra

Obtained his doctoral degree in 2002 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. After three years of postdoctoral studies in the Nederlands, he re-incorporated in the group with a contract “Ramón y Cajal”.

 

Francisco Granero Gámez

Obtained his doctoral degree in 1999 with the highest score. In 2000 he was hired as Technical Director in the company Eibol (Puzol, Valencia), producing biological products for agriculture.

 

Victoria Ballester Martínez

Obtained her doctoral degree in 1997 with the highest score and with the distinction of “outstanding prize in doctorate”. In 1998 she was hired by the company PROBELTE (agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals) to be in charge of setting up the Bacillus thuringiensis production plant.

 

René Andrew Cardoso

Obtained his doctoral degree in 1997 with the highest score. This year he returned to Bolivia, his home country, to his previous research centre, PROINPA.
