Pasta with ham, cream and mushroom sauce.

Ingredients:
  • 25g/1oz butter.
  • 300ml/1/2pt. cream.
  • 115g/4oz mushrooms sliced.
  • 4 slices cooked ham - chopped.
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed.
  • Salt and pepper.

METHOD

Cook the pasta shapes as per instructions on the pack.
Meanwhile, melt butter gently in a saucepan.
Lightly fry mushrooms.
Stir in ham, garlic and season to taste.
Add cream and heat through, strirring constantly.
Serve with the pasta shapes.
