The contributions of NZABANDORA Chris, Director of Information of the R.D.R., are really rellevant contributions to the Debate. Nevertheless, your story "forget" the genocide on tutsi people in Rwanda in 1994, and the existence of the Interhamwe and the old Rwandan Army inside the camps of "refugees". So, we have many reasons to have many doubts about his statements. Particularly, we have many reasons to don't believe that the "refugees" have been forced to return to Rwanda, and to believe that the "refugees" were really hostages of the Interhamwe, and that the defeat of the Interhamwe, which usually attacked Rwanda from the camp of "refugees" (by using them as human shield), has been a liberation of them.
