HOW TO REACH VALENCIA

By train:

Valencia is well connected with Madrid (AVE 1h 40'), Barcelona (Euromed 3h) and Alicante (Euromed 1h 35') with high speed trains arriving to Valencia at Joaquin Sorolla station. Regional and long-distance trains (talgo, intercity...) arrive in Valencia-Nord station. Both stations are connected by a free shuttle bus running every 10' (a few minutes ride), although walking is also possible (15'). Once in Valencia Nord, the venue can be reached by bus line 63 and by metro (check this site for metro fares and consider buying a TUIN card for your stay).

By plain:

Valencia-Manises airport can be reached from major destinations such as Madrid, London, Amsterdam, Brussels or Lisbon. From Manises airport the easiest way to arrive at the city center is by metro (about 20'). A taxi from the airport to the city center should cost about 20 EUR. Metro tickets can be directly purchased at the airport subway station office and at its vending machines by a price of 5 euros (though the best option is to get a TUIN card).

By car:

Valencia can be easily reached by car from Madrid and Barcelona (roughly 3h30’ both). Note that to park in most downtown areas (marked by blue lines) you must purchase time tickets.
