GONZALO BLAY ASYMMETRIC SYNTHESIS AND CATALYSIS |
Gonzalo Blay (Real de Gandia, Valencia, 1964) received his degree in chemistry (1987) and his Ph.D. (1992) from the University of Valencia. He has been a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the Agricultural University of Wageningen, The Netherlands, with Professor A. de Groot (1993–94) and visiting researcher at Aarhus University, Denmark, with Professor K. A. Jørgensen (2005). In 1996, he became Associate Professor at the Department of Organic Chemistry of the University of Valencia and was appointed Full Professor in 2012.
