The Universitat de València, as a public body, can be a host institution for Erasmus Placement students. This stay will allow the students to get a first contact with a professional environment as a sample of future working environments

PROCEDURE

  1. The student will apply for an acceptance letter to the head of the department or office where he/she wishes to do the internship.
  2. If the student gets a positive answer, the training agreement  (three originals) must be duly filled in and signed by the three parties: the student, the host insittution, and the sending institution. This document should include all the needed information about the internship (skills to be learned, tasks, monitoring procedure, etc.). Besides, it should bear in mind that the training agreement must be signed before the internship starting date.
  3. The trainees' admission should be acknowledged to the International Relations Office by handing in a copy of the training agreement, a copy of the insurance documents required (health and personal liability insurance)and a copy of the passport.
  4. The International Relations Office will provide the trainees with both a student card to be used at the Universitat facilities (library, sport centre) and an electronic address to be used for future communications between the Universitat and the trainee.
