University of Valencia participates in Erasmus Programme from the beginning  with the exchange promotion, cooperation and mobility among the educational and training systems of the European member states. The  Erasmus+ Programme, promotes -as Lifelong Learning Programme did-  a specific action for teaching staff from high education institutions.

General Information of the teaching mobility programme

This action offers to the teaching and researching staff the possibility to visit with teaching purposes a European high education institution, member of  the Erasmus+ Programme. This teaching mobility action promotes networking and benchmaking on pedagogical methods and encourages universities to offer a wider range of courses.

Call for 2016-2017 academic year

1.    Applications:

Application period will be open until 30th June 2017, provided that there are vacancies.

Application form  will be registered by ENTREU. You must also submit via ENTREU a scanned copy of the agreemenf for teaching mobility, duly signed.

If the University of Valencia doesn't have an interinstitutional agreement with the host university, the applier should also submit a scanned copy of the interinstitutional agreement negotiated by himself.

2.- Before you go:
Before starting the mobility period, the staff member is required to submit the duly completed and signed Grant Agreement. The date of signature on the agreement must be prior to the start of the teaching period.

3.- When you come back:
Once the stay is completed, you are required to submit the certificate of attendance within one month to the International Relations Service, issued by the person in charge at the host university. The date of signature on the certificate must be the same or after the last day of teaching. You can send the scanned document to

Likewise, you are required to submit the report of travel expenses.

Once you have submitted the certificate of attendance, you will be emailed an invitation from the European Union requesting you to complete an online questionnaire (EU Survey) within 30 calendar days on receipt of the email.

Grants for especials needs

Student with an officially recongized handicapped percentage more than 33% can ask for special grant.  Should the percentage exceed the 65% they can also ask for an additional grant igual. Applications must be submitted to Servei de Relacions Internacionals de la Universitat de València.
