Contributed papers covering original work in the topics of GLASSAC-08 will be accepted for presentation, either as oral or poster. In order to make a preliminary selection, a short abstract (A4-size page), containing the purpose of the work, the principal findings and the most outstanding facts obtained must be submitted.

 

    Please, follow this rules for the camera-ready form abstract:

• Microsoft WORD document, single spaced, Margins: 3cm

• Title: in capital and bold letters with Arial 14pt

• Authors, Affiliation and Abstract: in Arial 12pt

• Cite references at the end of the abstract

• Illustrations can be included

      The deadline for submission of extended abstracts will be January 15, 2008.

       Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations

      Oral presentations will take place in the Auditorium of La Nau, located in the historic building of the Valencia University. Presenting authors should bring their presentations as Power Point or pdf files in a pendrive or in a CD. They will have to check-in in advance with the personnel in charge of loading the presentations in the computer of the Auditorium. Authors should calculate that five minutes have to be dedicated to discussion (i.e. 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion).

     The Poster Session (on Thursday 6^th March) is scheduled in the 15:30-17:00 time slot in the cloister of the same building, close to the Oral Sessions will take place. The dimensions of the poster boards are a height of 184 cm and a width of 95 cm. Supplies for posters will be available in the poster area.

      Proceedings

     We are considering the possibility to publish extended contributions to GLASSAC-08 in a Special Volume.

      Templates and detailed instructions on how to prepare the manuscripts will be available in a short time.
