Presentation

This meeting is intended to bring together researchers with common interests on quantum properties of gravity, the geometric structure of space-time, and cosmology. Fundamental questions about the geometric foundations of gravitation, the role of quantized fields in curved space-times, cosmological and astrophysical signatures of gravity within and beyond General Relativity, and recent developments on other topics, will be reviewed in a series of talks and also in group discussions.

Since interactions and collaborations are the main purpose of this meeting, there will be plenty of time for group discussions in the afternoon. Three talks per day are planned in the mornings. Blackboard talks are encouraged to stimulate interactions.

On Sunday evening, there will be a round table for the discussion of our current networking capabilities at the national and international levels (Europe and beyond), and about the funding opportunities available to improve the current situation. All participants are encouraged to register on Sunday and participate in this discussion. The expected meeting point for this reunion is here . On Friday 15th, there will be a common session to set up the research priorities of the group for the coming year 2018.

This meeting is organized by the Quantum Black Holes, Supergravity and Cosmology group at the Department of Theoretical Physics & IFIC of the University of Valencia & CSIC, Spain.
